Meet the Founders

Rashmi Bhat

Hospitality entrepreneur, hotel operator, co-founder of Lazy H Retreats and Reso Hospitality.

Namaste, y’all! As a self-proclaimed hospitality entrepreneur, I’m passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for guests. This passion led me to open an Indian restaurant, purchase several short-term rentals, manage over 65 short-term rental properties with my business partner Scriv (and an incredible team), and oversee more than 100 boutique hotel doors.

In 2024, I took the exciting leap of buying my first hotel, which underwent a full rehab and officially launched in 2026.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my husband and our cat, Momo. I also love sharing my life adventures on Instagram at @toastyindian.

Hi, I’m Scriven, Co-founder of Reso Hospitality and a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record in real estate operations and hospitality management. Drawing on years of hands-on experience as a real estate investor and through my vacation rental management company, Lazy H Retreats, my co-founder Rashmi and I identified a gap in services tailored specifically to smaller boutique hotels. Together, we are driven by a personal mission to help boutique hotel owners maximize revenue, visibility, property value, and guest experiences!

Outside of real estate and hospitality operations, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and two kids, cooking, traveling, exercising, and exploring personal growth.
