These terms cover your use of resohospitality.com (the "site"), operated by Reso Hospitality ("Reso", "we").
The site describes Reso's short-term-rental co-hosting services and lets property owners submit an application. Submitting an application doesn't create a service agreement; acceptance and pricing are not guaranteed. Any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that the phone number you provide is yours or one you're authorized to use. Calls and texts are governed by the optional consent checkbox shown on the application; consent is optional and not required to submit.
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false information or someone else's information.
You may view the site and share links to it. Don't copy its content for commercial reuse without permission.
The site is provided "as is". Its information is general and may change, and nothing on it is a binding quote. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited by law.
To the extent the law allows, Reso isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
